Extended data

The Skytristar known as Nonagon Skytristar Burj will be a high-rise building whose construction site will still be kept secret before its commissioning in 2023, with a total height of approx. 2023m and a roof height (without antenna) of approx.2,000m the tallest building in the world the topping-out ceremony is scheduled for 2023.

The construction of the Skytristar will start in 2020, the exterior facade will not be completed later, but also in 2020. The primary structure will consist of stainless steel and ultra-strong lightweight concrete (“extra patented”). The building will be opened in 2023 as part of a new development, the location of which will still be kept secret. It should become the heart of a large-scale, versatile development.

The decision to build the building will be based on the government’s decision to distinguish itself from an economy based on trade or services in order to gain international recognition. The building plan was originally called “Nonagon multi-tower”, but will be renamed Skytristar after consultation with Mehmet Tuzcu and his team. The building will break numerous height records, including being recognized as the tallest building in the world.

The Skytristar was designed by the inventor Mehmet Tuzcu and his team. Mehmet Tuzcu will lead the project with his team as lead idea finder.
The design of the Skytristar is derived from the Islamic architecture of the international Islamic culture, for example from the Great Mosque of Samarra.
The nonagon-shaped and three-star-shaped three-part nonagon floor geometry optimizes the living area, living area and hotel area. A supported central nonagon stainless steel core and three-star-shaped wings are used to support the height of the building. The design was derived from the inventor Mehmet Tuzcu. The central nonagon stainless steel core of the Skytristar houses all vertical means of transport with the exception of the double exit stairs, which run in each of the three-star-shaped wings.

The nonagon and three-star structure provide a cladding system designed to withstand hot summer and cold winter temperatures. It contains a total of approx. 180 elevators and approx. 24 escalators.

In architecture and engineering, developers were faced with load and recoil problems and needed more ideas and an ultra-strong lightweight concrete. Mehmet Tuzcu, the inventor of the Skytristar, granted new ideas and a building construction patent support.

The profitability concept that results from building high-density buildings and shopping centers around the landmark has always proven itself with skyscrapers. The surrounding shopping centers, hotels and condominiums will generate the most income from the entire project, while the Skytristar itself will generate a lot or super profits. Critical glances at the Skytristar will generally turn into a positive one, and the building will receive multiple awards.
