Every 30th floor of the skyscraper will be used for building logistics.

Approximately 150 elevators will transport people to the floors, of which a double-decker elevator is up to 10 m / s (40 km / h) fast and will reach the distance of 2000 meters in about 3 minutes.

The average water requirement is given at around 3,000 cubic meters per day and the daily peak electrical load value is between around 100 and 150 megawatts.
