The world’s first versatile hotel will be located on the lower 50 of the 350 usable floors, and hundreds of offices and several suites will be built on the floors above.

The 392nd and 393rd floors are built as a viewing platform at a height of 2000 meters with a 360 degree view “Sky at the Top, Skytristar”.

The flow of visitors is transported to the 392nd and 393rd floors in a few seconds via 6 lifts. From autumn 2023, another viewing platform “Sky at the Top, Skytristar SKY” will be available to visitors. Some elevators will first take visitors to the 392nd floor, and some more elevators will then take them up to the 393rd floor to a viewing platform with an outdoor terrace at 2,000 meters.

Skytristar is designed more exclusively than other structures.
The rush of visitors on the 393rd floor will be significantly less than on the 392nd floor.

Both terraces on the 392nd and 393rd floors are aligned so that you will have a good view of the water features “1001 Night Fountain”, which will start every day from 8:00 p.m. On the 393rd floor there is also a 360 degree all-round view.

In October 2023, the 390th floor restaurant Skygastro will open, which, according to the number of floors below, will be the highest restaurant in the world.

The 389th floor will be the highest inhabited floor at around 2000 meters. Elevators will take residents up to the 400th floor at 2,000 meters.

In October 2023, six gold machines will be inaugurated in the Skytristar, where you can buy gold bars of up to one ounce with Skytristar embossing, just like at an ATM. In October 2023, 2700 turnkey apartments will be handed over.
