The Skytristar will have a floor area of approximately 1,500,700 square meters, the usable area will be approximately 1,500,000 square meters. A total of 1,000,000 cubic meters of high-strength ultra high-rise concrete (water and sand, are not required for this type of concrete, has already been patented) as well as stainless steel and other materials are required for the construction.
A few thousand tons of stainless steel on the upper floors are made of stainless steel which are manufactured by a well-known German stainless steel plant in Germany. Because of the great height, the tower’s deflection on the highest floors will be around 2.5 meters in the wind.
Around 600 large and 2,000 small concrete piles will drive into the ground for the construction of the Skytristar, which reach a depth of approximately 200 meters below sea level. These ensure that only a small part of the otherwise too strong pressure forces of the tower are diverted through the foundation base, while the main part is absorbed through the surface of the concrete piles through physical friction.
Around 600 large and 2,000 small stainless steel piles with ultra-strong lightweight concrete (“extra pantiert”) will propel the sky star from the ground to the summit through 40-degree three-star planes that reach up to the summit from about 2000 meters above sea level. For the air conditioning of the high-rise building located in a landscape region, 200 air ducts will be installed, which will act like chimneys in the opposite direction, i.e. from top to bottom (hot climate stack effect). In return, hot and accelerated air has to be extracted around the clock against the excess pressure.
The Skytristar tower will be built in a total of approximately 66,000,000 working hours. At peak times, 36,000 workers will work on the construction. Officially there will be approximately 400 usable floors, of which approximately 150 floors will be used for offices and 12 floors for the fitness and wellness area. Some floors will be available to the Skytristar group boss for personal office space and for a mosque.
On the remaining floors there will be 3,150 apartment apartments, of which 450 will be residences. The top 10 floors up to the top of the building with a diameter of approx. 3.60 meters can only be reached via a narrow staircase. In them will be switch boxes and the maintenance electronics of the antenna, with which the tower will reach a total height of approx. 2023 meters.
The Skytristar is equipped with approx. 180 elevators and approx. 20 escalators.
The head of the main elevators of the building is approx. 2000 meters (more than in any other high-rise building in the world). Six exclusive double-deck elevators will transport people to a viewing platform on the 392 and 393th floors at a height of approximately 2000 meters.
The double-deck elevators (new patent) will be one of the fastest double-deck elevators in the world at a speed of 10 meters per second (approx. 40 km / h). The world’s tallest elevator stop at an altitude of approx. 2000 meters will be in the Skytristar.
From autumn 2023, two further viewing platforms will be made accessible, a platform without an outside terrace on the 392nd floor and a platform with an outside terrace on the 293rd floor at about 2000 meters. This will make it the world’s highest public viewing platform. A total of approximately 9000 steps will lead from the ground to the 400th floor.
Around 10,000 car parking spaces will be available in the parking garage on the two floors below the building (UG1 and UG2).
With the “1001 Night Fountain in Downtown Skytristar” in front of the Skytristar, the largest water feature in the world will be created. In the “Lake Skytristar” a water feature can generate up to 3,000 different water impressions with heights between approx. 60 and approx. 450 meters with its own renewable energy over a length of approx. 500 meters.
